Overview
Fairhaven is a modest inland settlement southeast of Crimson Keep, surrounded by fertile fields, small orchards, and well-kept grazing land. It began as a safe stopping point for refugees, traders, and pilgrims moving between the coast and the inland roads.
Today, Fairhaven is known for its orderly streets, clean wells, and unusually strong local charity. Many of its residents have family ties to the refugee camps that once formed around Crimson Keep.
Government
Fairhaven is led by Mayor Doron, a calm and civic-minded administrator who believes the town’s survival depends on fairness, grain reserves, and cooperation with both the keep and the local temples.
Sigil
Society
Fairhaven has a reputation as a place where displaced families can rebuild. Its people are cautious but generous, and the town maintains several communal barns for emergency food storage.
The influence of Magnore, the lawful good minotaur god of life, healing, and fair measure, can be felt here even outside formal worship. Fairhaven’s healers often send difficult cases to the temple-hospital at Crimson Keep.
