Border trade town that is co-ruled by Thronstadt and Wintershield as dictated by treaty in the aftermath of The War of Emberlight roughly a century ago (~85 BA). International Affairs are managed by a diplomatic council with most local matters managed by a locally elected mayor.

Funds raised by the city are largely reinvested to Winter Road Projects and other local priorities.

Constant site of conflict between Wintershield and Thronstadt during the War of Emberlight; changing hands several times and suffering significant damage in that period. Conflict ended after the disappearance of the Hierarch Zelora and the acceptance and protection of Lazareth worship by the Church of the Flame and Halric the Resolute.
